“This book means sisterhood, family, happiness, togetherness, thankfulness, genuineness, solidarity, beliefs, respect, unconditional love, honesty, and kindness.” – Nilufer Ozmekik
My first exposure to Little Women was through F.R.I.E.N.D.S when Joey and Rachel swap books to read. I already knew how the story would end, but I was intrigued nonetheless. However, I didn’t pickup Little Women until college as it was part of my curriculum. But this is a magical book that will bring me back for decades and decades, and that will awake many new feelings, thoughts, and observations within me with every read I’ll return to. A book of trial and error, struggle and strife, love and friendship, and everything that brings women together.
Little Women is a true landmark of American literature and is an unabridged performance of the best of all time.
