My Favorite Wellness Staples

If you know me at all, you know I’m a total skin-care and wellness products whore. Taking active care of my skin, body, and hair are some of the favorite routines that I have and practice. This post is mostly for the gal’s so listen up: the products below not only make me feel pretty and put-together, but they also make me feel productive too — like I’m the ultimate self-care queen. Like…name a better feeling?

I’m no gate-keeper — so here’s a list of all of my wellness staples and daily go-to’s. I swear by these top 10’s.

Pixi Beauty BeautifEYE Eye Patches: These patches are my favorite way to de-puff in the mornings. They instantly brighten, hydrate and refresh the under of your eyes, making you look more awake. Ingredients: Vitamin C, Licorice, and Gingseng. Cruelty-free.

Pixi Beauty Retinol Eye Cream: Retinol is a great anti-ager and this cream helps smooth and restore the under of your eyes while minimizing the look of fine lines. And it’s gentle on the skin. Ingredients: Retinol, Caffeine, Peptides, Avocado Oil. Cruelty-free.

Pixi Beauty Jelly Rose Remedy Mask: One of my favorite cleansers! This jelly always feels so soothing on my skin. It’s packed with nutrients and botanicals to help refresh and nourish your skin. It always tends to go on cold which is super calming to me. It de-puffs the skin too. An overall easy, anti-inflammatory cleanser to use. I leave it on for 10-15 minutes before I rinse it off. Ingredients: Rose Oil, Argan Oil, Cica, Tumeric. Cruelty & Paraben-free.

Mount Lai Brightening Berry Vitamin C Serum/Oil: This serum is new in my collection but I love it. It utilizes all the herbs — which is awesome. This serum is made to brighten, tone, and firm your skin. It’s super lightweight and leaves my skin feeling soft and replenished. It’s also rich in antioxidants which is so nice. This is my go-to serum before my gua-sha routine. Its ingredients alone make it the the ultimate hydrating serum. Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Sunflower Oil, Argan Oil, Goji Berry Oil, Rose Oil, Blackberry Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Elderberry Extract. Cruelty and Paraben-free.

Modere Moisturizer: I’ve been using this moisturizer since foreverrrr. Just the smoothest moisturizer ever. I’m convinced that its anti-aging properties are unmatched and I love how vibrant and even my skin-tone looks after I’ve used it. It’s also extremely lightweight. I also love its packaging. Instead of a bottle, it comes in a container with a pump feature. And one pump goes a long way. It’s just generally un-messy which makes it so easy to use. Ingredients: Vitamin C, Biocell Collagen, Peptides. Cruelty-free. Gluten-free.

Crystal Gua Sha’s: Talk about my favorite skincare tool. Gua sha’s are used for lymphatic drainage in the face and neck. It’s the best de-puffer and skin revitalizer. Facial gua sha’s are massage tools that help ease any tension in the skin and improve circulation and the look of your skin-tone. I also believe they’re just super therapeutic. Don’t skip out on these! Gua sha’s crafted out of crystals and stones are my fav — I think they do the most compared to other materials.

Modere Double Cleanser: This cleanser rocks because it’s usable in the shower and that makes using it so freaking easy. It’s dual-action and oil-to-foam. And its water action dissolves and gently removes makeup, sunscreen, dirt, dead skin, and excess sebum. It’s rich in antioxidant and anti-aging properties too. Plus I’m convinced the steam from the shower opens up my pores, which definitely allows the cleanser to get deep so it leaves my skin feeling clean, balanced, and much more radiant than before. Ingredients: Sea Buckhorn Extract, Jojoba Extract. Cruelty-free.

Pixi Beauty Glow Tonic: A super brightening toner that helps give your skin that healthy glow. I’ve really loved using this toner. I use Summer Friday’s cotton pads to apply it and a little goes a long way. It goes on smooth and instantly adds that brightened look to your skin. Ingredients: Aloe Vera, Ginseng, Botanicals. Alcohol-free. Cruelty-free. Paraben-free.

Face Ice Roller: I’m also new to this band-wagon but I really like it so far! Ice is a great skin and face de-puffer and also helps shrink the pores and generally calm the skin. It’s been equally awakening and soothing to start my mornings with. I think it helps activate the rest of my skincare and leaves me feeling smooth and bright too. No qualms!

Facial Sponges: I reallyyyy love these. I don’t love using makeup wipes or my fingers on my face, so I love these as an alternative. They make the application of cleanser so much easier and getting rid of makeup practically mess-less. These are naturally made extracted from wood pulp and they’re super smooth on the skin. They don’t leave my face feeling red or irritated at all which is a nice feature. They’re also reusable! You don’t have to immediately throw out the one you used if you don’t want to. You can wash it in soap and hot water, wring it out, and store it for use again. I tend to use mine at least twice before I throw them out and grab the next one.

Pure Rosemary Essential Oil: Oiling my roots for healthy hair growth has been life changing. I pair this oil on my roots with my scalp massager and it’s my favorite shower pre-game. Rosemary Oil is a great choice for your hair if you’re looking for more shine, more growth, less breakage, and less shedding. It’s really the best hair-care routine I’ve picked up. It definitely has a stronger essential oil smell, but it’s kind of nice because it’s a natural calmer before you shower. I basically enter my own little world before I shower and it’s the best. I use this 10-20 minutes before I shower. Rinse it before you add your shampoo. Ingredients: Pure and Undiluted Rosemary. Cruelty-free.

Cliganic Organic Argan Oil: I’ve loved this oil so far for mid and ends. Argan Oil can be used on the face and skin as well; but its main use for me has been its hydration and shine factor for my hair. This comes in a bottle with a glass dropper which has made oiling my hair ridiculously easy. It has a subtle earthy, nutty smell which is pretty calming all by itself. I use it 10-20 minutes before I shower, but I’ve heard that a few hours to overnight use can produce great results for your ends too. Ingredients: Pure Organic Argan Oil. Cruelty-free.

Matrix Shampoo & Conditioner: I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner for years. It smells good and it does a great job at frizz control. The set is super nourishing, moisturizing, and hydrating, and has a great after-shine factor. Plus, my bottles last me forever. I have no complaints.

Scalp Massager: An absolute need in your hair-care. I mean, not only does it just feel the best ever, it’s such a great stimulation for healthy hair growth. Completely safe for your hair as the brush is made of wheat-straw and silicone, both gluten-free materials. I use it to massage in my Rosemary Oil but it’s also a great shampoo-root-cleaner too. I’ve loved it.

Ouai Hair Mask: By far the softest and most hydrating hair mask I’ve everrrr owned. I use this right after my shampoo and before my conditioner. It does great damage repair and leaves my ends so shiny once dried. I’ve also noticed a significant difference in frizz control and softness to my ends. I love, love, love. I leave it in for 3-5 minutes before I rinse. Use after shampoo, and before conditioner. Ingredients: Lillipe Butter, Shea Butter, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Macadamia Oil, Hydrolyzed Kertatin. Scent infused with Champagne, Pink Peppercorn, Berry, Lychee, Amber, Sandalwood, White Musk, Cedarwood, Peony, Rose, Freesia, Jasmine, Bergamot. Cruelty-free. Gluten-free. Paraben-free.

Ouai Wave Spray: A recent addition to my hair-care. I NEVER dry my hair (lol). I’m just the laziest when it comes to styling my head of hair so if you’re like me, this wave spray is going to be your savior (as it was mine). It’s a lightweight spray and is curl/wave enhancing. It’s also fairly volumizing! Their slogan for this spray is “just got out of the ocean and my hair dried perfectly” and I honestly couldn’t agree more. So, 10/10. Ingredients: Rice Protein, Coconut Oil. Cruelty-free. Gluten-free. Paraben-free.

Authentic Beauty Airy Texture Dry Shampoo: My hair stylist uses this on me every time I get my hair done, and I became obsessed enough that it became a staple in the few styling products that I own. First off, this spray smells AMAZING. A florally scent but it is so yummy. But it does a great job at giving your hair that perfect amount of bounce and volume. Super lightweight. Adds instant texture and lasts for days. Cruelty-free. Paraben-free. Silicone-free.

Lange Micro-Fiber Hair Towel: It’s no secret that micro-fiber or pure cotton materials are best for the hair. Lange’s towels are my absolute favorite though. I really own one in every color. This towel is ingenuous with an elastic that goes around a button once you’ve twisted it up so that you can just continue with your life as your hair dries. These towels also make a significant difference in damage and frizz control. They’ve been super gentle on my hair.

Lange Volumizing Mousse: Another great product for adding texture and shine for days. This mousse is also super nourishing and hydrating for the hair, which is so nice. I never feel like I have product in my hair. I just get to enjoy this bouncy, shiny, touchable look. Shake before use, spray into your hand, and work into your roots before or after styling or drying. Ingredients: Aloe Vera, Argan Oil, Green Tea, Hydrolyzed Silk. Cruelty-free. Alcohol-free. Sulfate-free. Paraben-free.

Lange Black Siena Paddle Brush: The best brush I’ve ever owned and the best de-tangler for sure. It does a wonderful job at making my hair look and feel shiny again too. This brush is made of 100% nylon and boar bristles which helps redistribute the hair’s natural oils, leaving it shinier and healthier. Love it. This is the only brush I invest in when I need one. Also so easy to clean. Cruelty-free.

Tarose Dry Brush: I’m new to the dry-brushing-your-body world, but so far, so good! Dry brushing is great for lymphatic drainage and improving your body’s circulation. I’ve also heard great things about the benefits it has on cellulite reduction (nothing to be ashamed of; your lines are beautiful & part of your growth), unclogging or exfoliating the pores of the skin, making the skin feel softer, and strengthening the skin’s elasticity. If nothing else, it feels really good and is kind of a therapeutic practice anyway. Use daily and/or before a shower. This set comes with one round dry brush, one detachable brush head, and a wooden handle for either. Brush bristles are made from 100% natural boar bristles.

Coco Cloud Whipped Shave Butter: Just another worthy body-treat staple. Makes you smell good, properly preps your skin for shaving, and leaves you feeling ridiculously smooth. This whipped coconut milk shave butter will be your new best friend. Super nourishing, maintains hydration, and promotes a tightened complexion — which if that ain’t a win, what is? Also, this butter is just so soft and pretty anyway. Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Mango Seed Butter, Argan Oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Omega-6 Fatty Acids, Squalene, Antioxidants. Cruelty-free.

Truly Unicorn Fruit Whipped Body Polish: A post-shower or bath shea-buttery body polish that brightens, moisturizes, and smells and feels amazing. This whipped body polish is infused with matcha, acai, chia, and rose. The perfect anti-aging and tightening companion for your body. Ingredients: Rose, Vegan Collagen, Açaí, Tumeric Root Extract, Soybean Oil, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Chia Seed Extract, Eggplant Root Extract. Cruelty-free.

Truly Matcha Scrub: A natural green-tea sugar scrub loaded with antioxidants. This is the gentlest exfoliator, smells amazing, and leaves your skin feeling super smooth and soft. Can be used on the face, but is fine on the body too! This scrub is not too abrasive and gently helps reduce the appearance of blemishes, fine lines, and skin tone discoloration. I mean really, there’s no better exfoliator out there. Ingredients: Matcha, Glycolic Acid, Coconut Oil, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Sea Salt, Cucumber Fruit Extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract, Organic Sunflower Seed Oil. Cruelty-free.

Modere Axis Phytogreens: I take these every morning! Greens get your body going and they’re just so good for you. I take these by a scoop in 6oz of water every morning. They’ve been so good for my digestive and gut health, and I notice a great difference in my energy sustainment levels when I stay consistent with them. Ingredients: Chlorella, Kale, Green Tea, Parsley, Spinach, Barley Grass, Rosemary, Aloe Vera, Lime, Avocado, Apple, Pineapple, Papaya, Asian Gingseng Root, Licorice Root. Non-GMO. Dairy-free. Gluten-free.

Modere Axis Phytoreds: Another daily for me. Reds support your heart health and have crazy antioxidant properties. They also aid in making sure your gut health is top tier. I take these by a scoop in 6oz of water with my greens. Ingredients: Raspberry, Grape, Açaí, Strawberry, Pomegranate, Blackberry, Blueberry, Beet, Tomato, Carrot. Non-GMO. Vegetarian. Dairy-free. Gluten-free.

Modere Axis Phytogolds: The final powder that brings all three together. My last daily. The ultimate antioxidant. Golds help get rid of gut bacteria and help support your overall digestive health and movement. I take these in a scoop by water in 6oz of water with my greens and reds. Ingredients: Tumeric Root, Mango Fruit, Coconut Water, Ginger Root, Vanilla Bean, Black Pepper Fruit. Non-GMO. Vegetarian. Dairy-free. Gluten-free.

Modere Trebiotic: Another great gut microbiome. This trebiotic provides strains of acid-resistant bacteria to support immune health, gut heath, and even your brain/cognitive health. A great choice to help support less bloating and more inner movement through your body.

Optimum Nutrition Whey 24g Protein Powder: Favorite protein powder. Been using for years. Ingredients: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Natural and Artificial Flavors, Lecithin, Salt, Acesulfame Potassium, Aminogen, Sucralose, Lactase.

Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine: A favorite of the creatine’s I’ve tried. Creatine is a great support for muscle growth. I tend to take it with my greens, golds, and reds. It’s about a teaspoon per serving. Ingredients: Creatine Monohydrate.

I hope these products make you feel just as pretty, confident, and productive as they make feel. These are must-haves and I’d go to the mat for all of them.
