My Wednesday Ritual

Wednesday is my favorite day of the week. For me, they’re specifically what we in the fitness world call rest days. And rest days are GOOD days. The day I somehow feel more and less productive at the same time than all the rest of the weekdays combined.

Wednesday is my sleep-in-day, Starbucks-for-breakfast-day, and get-all-pending-work-that-I’ve-been-procrastinating-done-day. The day to batch content and finish my never ending to-do list. It’s also take-myself-out-day because learning how to enjoy your solitude is a wonderful and empowering thing.

Current go-to Starbucks order(s):

Iced Chai Latte with Oatmilk & Carmel or Pumpkin Syrup

Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with Carmel & Cinnamon Dolce Syrup & Cinnamon Powder

Banana Walnut and Pecan Loaf Slice

Iced Lemon Loaf Slice

Current Brainwave of the Week:

If you’re passionate about it, just go all in at it. Don’t hesitate. Don’t second-guess yourself. Just go all in.

Life changes so quick and it’s too short to end up regretting anything. But you’ll never regret investing in yourself and your interests. They matter more than anything else. And your relationship with yourself matters more than anything else, so you need to maintain it and just bet on you, and your capabilities.

When I decided to start a blog three years ago, I didn’t know where it would take me. I wasn’t sure what would come from it. But now I have a community of people who want to grow as much as I do; a community of people who were looking for a safe space.

When I started getting serious on social media, I had no idea what could come from that either. Now I’m running three online businesses that are getting serious enough I recently invested in a business license. It’s been a “The Real Deal” type vibe lately.

You don’t have to know what life holds for you around the next corner. You just have to choose to look. Some choices may not be winners, but I best most of them will be. Just choose to trust the process. Choose to see your passion through. It could end up being one of the best choices you make … ever.

Eventually, it all has to work out. So just go all in.
